Milligan Design Package

Let's recreate your family den and your "war" room + spiff up your whole house and get it ready to list in the spring.

Scope of work:
Family Room: Recover sectional sofa (slipcover), select large coffee table, rug, artwork, accents and other furniture to turn this space into the family's haven for relaxing, game nights and quiet morings with coffee and a book.
Strategy and Craft Room "war room": Select paint, wallpaper, furniture and flooring to convert this room from cat craziness to strategy central. Intergate it with the rest of the upstars rooms so that the second floor looks coheisive.
Other Design Elements: recover kitchen chairs, select kitchen light fixture, slipcover basement sofa, select bedroom wallpaper, help with furniture placement in basement and throughout the house, source additional furniture and artwork as needed, provide vetted contractors and resources for all work needed or work with existing contractors.

3D Renders
Sample Boards with Material Selection
Project Management
Regular Contact and Communication - as needed in whatever method perfered - email, phone calls, face-to-face meetings, etc.

How it works:
Step One You will begin by purchasing this package. You will then refer to your secure account in MyDoma (our online design studio and project management platform). In the left column, you will find the menu. Please review all items in 'FILES & MEDIA' so that we may move to the next step. APPROVE our Service Agreement or Contract requiring signature.
Step Two: Once the Welcome Packet and Service Agreement have been signed, we will begin doing research, legwork, and putting together mood boards and renders for review.
Step Three: With concept and render approval, we will then begin the purchasing process.

Timeline: We will get started right away with the goal of having everything ordered and installed by July.
